What are we

We are a century-old company specialized in all types of texts. From the textile area for professionals to the final consumer. We have a long experience in this field so that we can better serve our clients.

Where we are

We currently have two spaces open to the public, one being the text space located on the main avenues of Leiria, Avenida Marquês de Pombal.

What do we do

We are a company loyal to Portuguese brands. Trying to show what good is made in Portugal. We are especially focused on this commitment, since all the items available are of National origin.

More than suppliers, we are happy and proud to be partners, helping our clients in everything that makes us possible.

We have unique items that you cannot find in our spaces. We count on your preference to continue at your side for more than 100 years.

 

Frequently asked questions

Can I return an item?

Please allow 14 days after receipt of your order to exchange your item for another size or return your item if any defects are found. The item must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received.

All items can be returned to our physical store in Leiria, or by requesting the CTT collection service by sending us an email to [email protected].

Can I cancel or modify my order?

The order may be canceled or modified as soon as our facilities are found.

I have not received all the items from my purchase. Or what did you do?

Check your email to confirm that we have sent an email informing you that some items included in your order are not yet available. In these cases, we will refund the value corresponding to the item and after shipping of your order, using the same payment method used in the purchase.

If not, send us an email to [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as possible.
